MORE Physical Therapy

The JCC is proud to host a satellite facility of MORE Physical Therapy, Inc. in our Fitness Center.

Whether you have suffered an injury, seek to improve your athletic performance, or want to improve your health, MORE Physical Therapy supports your return to work, return to play, and return to life!

MORE Physical Therapy offers specialized treatment of spine and extremity injuries using the most advanced treatment approaches available. MORE has adapted a sports medicine model of physical therapy and applied it to all types of injuries and patients. MORE therapists design individualized treatment programs which integrate the best manual therapy and rehabilitative techniques, while emphasizing education and the active involvement of the patient. MORE has used this philosophy successfully since 1988 to return patients to their desired level of activity.

MORE accepts most medical insurance plans, Medicare and Workers Compensation, and offers flexible payment options.

MORE offers complementary consultations for APJCC members. Contact Vince Gutierrez, DPT, ATC, Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at MORE's JCC office, at 408.356.2800, or email MORE Physical Therapy at mail@morephysicaltherapy.com.

Meet Your Physical Therapist

Vince Gutierrez, DPT, ATC, is Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at MORE's JCC office.

Vince graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and then obtained his athletic training certification. Vince's interest in sports and human movement, as well as his commitment to helping others, made his choice to become a physical therapist a natural one. In 2001 he earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University.

Vince's long-held interest in sports originated in his own participation and success in athletic endeavors which have included basketball, football, baseball, golf, rugby, softball, and, most recently, hockey. In fact, Loyola Marymount's rugby team won their division championship three of the four years Vince played for them, and he was named team MVP twice. Prior to his collegiate athletic career, Vince attended Bellarmine High School where he earned all-league honors for football.

After joining MORE in 2002, Vince's professional and interpersonal skills led to his being named Assistant Clinical Manager of MORE's Alameda location. He brings these same qualities to bear as Clinical Director of MORE's satellite facility in the Addison-Penzak Jewish Community Center.
